Harmony House Child Advocacy Center held their annual Christmas Open House and Volunteer Appreciation Drop-In on December 20, 2016. Volunteer, Sally Gulley who has volunteered with Harmony House since 2012 received the Volunteer of the Year Award. “Mrs. Gulley, is vital to the services Harmony House provides for alleged victims of sexual abuse and assault.” states Wendy Risner, Harmony House Volunteer/Outreach Coordinator.
“Not only does she help with so many tasks at the center, (too many to mention) but she also brings with her an amazing giving spirit that lifts the entire mood of the center!” “Her smile is infectious.” Mrs. Gulley was presented with a plaque and a Willow Tree Angel of Thanks. Harmony House is always in need of volunteers. Community members can lend a great deal of assistance to the daily operations at Harmony House.
